Beautiful fishbowl cachepots such as this were once used in Chinese courts as a way to care for koi fish in harsh winters. Frequently ornate with charming motifs, these cachepots are now commonly used as stylish Asian planters in the home.
This porcelain fishbowl planter features an intricate blue and white painting of flowering spring blossoms and frolicking pheasants. Handcrafted faux lion head handles provide interesting points of contrast. A matching floral border adorns the bowl's top opening, completing the overall design.

Care
Always remember that porcelain and other types of ceramics are delicate and fragile, so careful maintenance is important. Dust can be removed with a microfiber cloth. Warm water combined with mild soap may also be used to remove smears, finger prints, and other grime. Make sure not to use hot water, as this can cause damage. You may also use a soft bristled brush to clean tiny crevices.
